Return Policy
All sales are final at Thrift N Things. However, we understand that things happen. If you have a concern with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help on a case-by-case basis. All return requests must be pre-approved— please reach out to us before sending anything back.
At Thrift N Things, we want you to love what you receive. If there's an issue with your order, please read our return policy below.
Return Window Requests for a return must be made within 3 days of delivery. All sales are final, but we may make exceptions at our discretion. Requests made after 3 days will not be considered.
Item Condition Returned items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage, stains, or odors. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return All returns must be pre-approved. Please contact us first thriftnthings5@gmail.com before sending anything back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. However, if the return is due to a mistake on our end — such as a wrong item sent — we will cover the full cost of return shipping at no charge to you.
Refunds Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at thriftnthings5@gmail.com.
